Convergent Charging and Billing Engineer Intern


We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the IT department for a one year internship contract under Zain Al Shabab Program.

Your Tasks Will Be
  • Analyzing marketing requirements and generating related figures and statistics as well as establishing charging systems’ KPIs to maintain performance of the charging function.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing function to implement and deploy new changes related to Business configuration and to ensure functionality of related operations.
  • Following up on customer’s problems and complaints as well as handling any fraud related issues or revenue assurance discrepancies and contributing to the prevention of associated causes.
  • Programming and scripting for needed tools.
  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

What Do You Need to Qualify 
The suitable candidate should have the below requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or any IT equivalent field.
  • Fresh Graduate.
Technical Skills:
  • Programming (Java)
  • Linux and Unix
  • SQL
  • Scripting
Soft Skills:
  • Communication Skills
  • Analytical Thinking.
  • Data Analysis.
  • Self-Development
  • Problem Solving skills.
